The 40mm size fits my converted characters perfectly, and the clear plastic lets the paint job show straight through from underneath. I've already ordered more because five wasn't enough once my friends saw them on the table.

Painting a translucent mini and these let the light shine right through the base, which totally changes the look. The 40mm size fits my larger models perfectly and they're sturdier than I expected for clear plastic.

Swapped my opaque bases for these translucent ones on a squad of display conversions, and the light coming through the edges makes the paint job look ten times deeper. The 40mm size fits my larger marker models perfectly, and five in a pack is plenty to test on a whole unit before committing.
