How to Use the Vagrantsong DC Plush and Its Exclusive Junk Cards

Quick answer

Use the Vagrantsong DC plush as a game-night companion or display piece, and integrate its three exclusive Junk Cards into your Vagrantsong deck following the steps below.

How to use the DC Plush and its Junk Cards

1. Unbox and inspect the plush and cards: Carefully remove the DC plush from its packaging. Check that all three exclusive Junk Cards are present. The cards are standard Vagrantsong size, so they fit into any card sleeve or deck box. Store the cards separately until you decide whether to mix them into your main deck.
2. Position the plush at your play area: Place DC near the game board or on a shelf within arm’s reach. The 10-inch size is large enough to be visible but not intrusive. Use the poseable horns to tilt DC’s head toward the action or away for a dramatic “I told you so” look. Common mistake: setting the plush too far away. Keep it close so the horns can be adjusted mid-game for fun storytelling.
3. Integrate the exclusive Junk Cards into your deck: Shuffle the three exclusive Junk Cards into your Vagrantsong Junk deck before a session. Treat them exactly like any other Junk card—they trigger on the same rules. If you prefer to keep the deck unchanged, set the cards aside as collector’s items instead. Checkpoint: ensure you have the latest Vagrantsong rulebook to confirm Junk card interactions; older editions may not list these cards.
