The metal on this one is crisp — way better than the old lead-alloy feel I remember. Pere's fuse and the gas pig both came out with clean detail, and the pig's snout is genuinely funny to paint.

Been hunting these old first edition sculpts for a while and the detailing on the pig especially holds up next to anything newer. Both minis came with almost no mold lines, so cleanup was quick and I got straight to priming.

The metal cast is really clean, barely any flash on the pig's snout even for a first edition sculpt. I've been painting Malifaux for years and these old Wyrd metals have way more character than the newer plastic kits. Pere's pose with the fuse is just as fun as I remembered.
